1. Payment Methods

2. Payment Schedule
- A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date.
- For bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Currency
All payments should be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND). The exchange rate for international transactions will be determined by your payment provider.
4. Confirmation of Payment
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking and payment receipt. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
5. Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
